Role Description This is a unique opportunity for a Technical Co-Founder to join our full-time, on-site team in New Delhi. You'll be instrumental in shaping our product from the ground up, responsible for developing and implementing sophisticated technical solutions that power our AI-driven platform. This role demands a hands-on leader who can dive deep into coding (JavaScript, Angular, React, Python, Node.js) , architect robust and scalable systems, and build high-performing engineering teams. Your day-to-day will involve critical decision-making on system architecture design , ensuring optimal server setup, hardware utilization, and networking knowledge for seamless operations. You'll lead by example, conducting rigorous code reviews and upholding best practices in software development. Beyond technical execution, you'll collaborate closely with other co-founders on overarching business strategies, ensuring the technical viability of every new initiative and contributing significantly to the company's growth and vision. Qualifications Exceptional Technical Acumen: Proficiency in JavaScript (JS) , Angular , and React for dynamic front-end development. Strong expertise in Python and Node.js for robust backend and data processing. Deep practical experience in Machine Learning (ML) , including model development, deployment, and optimization. Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for text analysis, content generation, or conversational AI. Knowledge of Computer Vision principles and applications for analyzing visual data (e.g., student engagement). Solid understanding of server setup , hardware considerations , and networking knowledge to build scalable and reliable infrastructure. Familiarity with C++ is a plus, especially for performance-critical components or specific ML libraries. Strong Analytical Skills and Research Capabilities: Ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and conduct thorough technical research to find innovative solutions. Excellent Communication Skills: Articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams. Experience in Sales and Marketing: A demonstrated understanding of market dynamics, customer acquisition, and product positioning, contributing to go-to-market strategies.
