We specialize in enhancing the skills and performance of sales professionals through innovative and effective training programs. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Research and qualify potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline. Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement. Mentoring and Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior telesales executives. Lead by example and foster a positive and productive team environment. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Senior Telesales Executive or in a similar role. Strong understanding of telesales techniques and principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Results-driven and customer-focused mindset. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
