US IT Recruiter Interns- Night Shift

Responsibilities and Duties: As a Technical Recruiter, you will responsible for following duties: -Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, and internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and referrals -Leverage various job portals e.g. Dice, Monster, Career Builder Indeed etc. -Make as many as calls to get the best possible submission and send tons of emails to get the right talent -Engage with potential candidates as per client requirement, including skills, education, experience and competency -Conduct phone screens to assess candidate interest and competence -Negotiate compensation with candidates, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in that area. -Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers. -Work on strategic global hiring programs -Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry and In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market (for experienced candidates). For the first three months, we will provide a stipend of 8,000 per month along with food benefits . After three months, based on performance and if the intern meets our expectations, we will offer the position of Fresher Recruiter with a salary of 18,000 CTC per month (with food and other deductions as needed).
