Role: SAP FICO Lead Consultant Experience: 10+ years (Relevant) Location: Guntur, Andhra (WFO) Company Overview: ITEOs LLP - We are IT software company, which is primarily into Application development, developing and providing services into auxiliary services, management consulting, CXO Advisory, etc. Technologies expertise on SAP, Microsoft, Oracle suites, Open-source ERPs, Mobile Apps and other cutting-edge technologies to optimize usage and enhance business value. ITeos aims to craft value service to customers in area of Information Lifecycle Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Collaboration platform, CRM, Financial service automation, Testing & Automation, Technology enabled value added services etc. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze financial and accounting requirements. Conduct workshops to understand business processes and map them to SAP FICO functionality. System Configuration and Implementation: Configure SAP FICO modules based on client requirements. Design and implement financial accounting and controlling solutions within the SAP system. Ensure integration with other SAP modules and external systems. Financial Accounting: Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting processes. Configure and implement Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. Set up and configure Asset Accounting (AA). Controlling: Configure Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders (IO). Implement Product Costing and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). Provide support for budgeting and planning processes. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and customize financial reports using SAP tools such as SAP Fiori and SAP Business Explorer (BEx). Support clients in generating financial statements and management reports. Training and Support: Conduct end-user training on SAP FICO functionality. Provide ongoing support to resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimize system performance. Documentation: Document configuration settings, business processes, and user manuals. Maintain up-to-date documentation of system changes and enhancements. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about SAP FICO updates and industry best practices. Recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a SAP FICO Consultant with successful implementation projects. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and customization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently. Certifications: (Good to have) SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates (latest version).
