Deliver valuation reports to various departments as per their requirements. Scrutinize and Recommend builder projects under APF (Advance Processing Facility). Cross audit valuations conducted by his/her team to check the accuracy of such reports. Recruitment and management of technical agencies (empanelled values). Track real estate price movements and update the property price index. Responsible for productivity of the in-house team.
