Job Description

Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on two-wheelers (electric). Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using tools and diagnostic equipment. Replace or repair defective parts like brakes, suspension, engine components, lights, etc. Conduct test rides before and after service to ensure problem resolution. Maintain proper documentation of service records and job cards. Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment. Follow all safety and quality standards during service operations. Coordinate with service advisors and provide technical feedback when required. Explain service-related issues to customers if needed. Stay updated on the latest service procedures and technical knowledge.
