Job Description

Training : Undergo training to understand the company's service standards, culture, and customer service best practices. Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from customers about their experiences and use this information to identify areas for improvement. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions for tracking and reporting purposes. Learning and Development : Continuously learn and develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer service techniques.
