Training and Orientation : Participate in a structured training program that includes orientation to the establishment's policies, procedures, and service standards. Guest Interaction : Learn how to engage with guests in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Practice active listening and empathy when addressing guest needs and concerns. Front Desk Support : Assist with front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and registration. Familiarize yourself with the property's reservation system. Guest Services : Learn how to handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, and assist with providing appropriate solutions and services. Room Inspections : Participate in room inspections to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards. Report any issues to relevant departments for resolution. Guest Information : Provide guests with information about the property's amenities, services, local attractions, and dining options. Problem Resolution : Work under the guidance of senior staff to resolve guest issues or concerns, striving to exceed guest expectations.
