About the Role We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Technology with expertise in MERN & related tech to lead the development of our next-generation platform. As a core member of the leadership team, you will drive technical strategy, architecture, and implementation while building and managing a high-performing development team. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of scalable and maintainable web applications and RESTful APIs. Architect, design, and implement efficient backend solutions using Node.js. Oversee front-end development with React.js, ensuring seamless user experiences. Build and maintain microservices-based APIs for seamless data integration. Define and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with business goals. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack developers. Establish best practices for software development, code quality, security, and performance. Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) for deployment and scaling. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and align technical efforts with business objectives. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in web and API development. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical architectural decisions. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker. Experience with TypeScript and GraphQL.
