Job Description - Handle ticketing procedures using Amadeus booking system - Assist customers with travel inquiries and provide comprehensive information on fares, flights, and travel destinations - Manage reservations, cancellations, and changes to travel itineraries - Ensure accuracy and completeness of all travel-related documentation - Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets Education : Diploma or Bachelors in Travel and tourism Experience : 1 Year in Ticketing Strong communication and interpersonal skill Proficiency in Amadeus booking system Time : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Job Type: Permanent Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Are you familiar with Amadeus?
