Job Title: ELD Telesales Executive Location: [Remote] Job Type: Full-time Department: Sales / BPO / Telesales Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic ELD Telesales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) to trucking companies and fleet operators via outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a basic understanding of the transportation industry and FMCSA compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound sales calls to prospects from a provided lead database. Explain the features, benefits, and compliance advantages of ELDs to potential customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable ELD solutions. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert into sales. Handle objections and close sales effectively. Stay updated on FMCSA regulations and ELD compliance guidelines. Coordinate with the support team for installation and post-sale customer service when required. Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, outbound BPO sales, or telemarketing (ELD or trucking industry experience is a plus). Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Basic understanding of the ELD mandate and FMCSA compliance (training will be provided). Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment. Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Preferred Skills:Experience in US trucking or logistics sector.
