Role Overview: We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with a valid RCI License to conduct and interpret psychological assessments. The ideal candidate should be experienced in working with children and adolescents, and capable of administering standardized psychological tools. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (e.g., intelligence, developmental, behavioral, personality). Prepare detailed psychological reports with diagnostic impressions and recommendations. Liaise with occupational therapists and other professionals for multidisciplinary insights. Consult with parents regarding results and strategies. Maintain accurate records and uphold ethical standards of practice. Assist in curating and updating test batteries and tools at the centre. Qualifications: M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (recognized by RCI). Valid RCI license (must be active and verifiable). Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred Strong proficiency in English reading, writing, and verbal communication —our reports are shared with families, schools, and professionals, and clarity of expression is essential. Skilled in psychological testing and report writing. Experience with children and neurodivergent populations is a plus. Strong ethical foundation, empathy, and collaborative spirit.
