The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Kerala's sales market and a passion for delivering consistent business growth, particularly in the electronics and home appliances segment. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth across the assigned territory by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Target Management: Ensure 90% or higher achievement of monthly sales targets. Address and improve performance in weaker market areas. Market Planning: Submit monthly business and tour plans by the 25th of each month, with actionable strategies. Team & Performance Oversight: Support team efficiency and satisfaction, ensuring no more than 20% of staff receive low-performance ratings (below 2/5). Leadership & Reporting: Conduct monthly review meetings, communicate KPIs, and implement company sales policies effectively.
