Job Title: Telesales Representative Company: Shiv Engineering Location: Kathwada GIDC, Odhav Industrial Estate, Odhav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Gender Preference: Only Female Experience Required: Minimum 6 months Job Description: Shiv Engineering is looking for a Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to drive sales through telecalling. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services. ✅ Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales. ✅ Maintain customer relationships by providing accurate information and addressing queries. ✅ Keep records of calls, sales, and customer information in the database. ✅ Calling and follow up for Leads generated by Indiamart, Tradeindia etc. ✅ Coordinate with the sales team for seamless customer service. Requirements:✔️ Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or telecalling. ✔️ Excellent communication and persuasion skills. ✔️ Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records. ✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. ✔️ Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is preferred.
