Job Description : - Position: Relationship Manager - Telesales Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Generate 4-5 leads per day from existing Bank customers, leveraging relationships with bank Relationship Managers. Sales & Closure: Call the leads, explain the products offered by ABSLI (Aditya Birla Life Insurance), and close the sales. Relationship Management: Develop strong working relationships with the RM to maximize the number of leads. Role Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years in life insurance sales (preferred), Candidates with LI Sales or banking sales experience also considered. Skills : Telesales, strong relationship-building skills to convert leads, communication.
