Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Location: Faridabad, Nehru place , Ghaziabad Department: Direct Marketing Job Purpose: The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The role involves proactive client engagement, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns. Conduct regular check-ins to understand client needs and expectations. Sales & Business Development Support Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention and revenue growth. Develop customized solutions based on client requirements. Customer Service & Issue Resolution Address and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary improvements. Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions in CRM software. Prepare reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and business performance. Analyze customer data to derive insights and improve service strategies. Process Improvement & Team Collaboration Assist in developing customer engagement strategies to improve retention. Provide input on process improvements to enhance customer experience. Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams for service enhancements. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
