Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Manager to lead our telesales team and drive course enrollments for our language training programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets through telephonic outreach. --- Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of telesales executives, ensuring individual and team targets are consistently achieved. Monitor daily calling performance and ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion using CRM tools. Train, mentor, and motivate the telesales team to improve skills and productivity. Develop and refine sales scripts, call strategies, and follow-up techniques. Allocate leads efficiently and ensure maximum lead utilization from all sources. Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value enrollments. Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to align messaging and promotional campaigns. Generate and present weekly sales reports and performance metrics to management. Recommend and implement incentive schemes to maintain high motivation levels in the team. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of telesales experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead or managerial role. Strong command of spoken English and persuasive communication skills. Experience in the education or training industry preferred. Proficient in CRM systems and lead tracking software.
