Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers over the phone, introduce our services, and convert these conversations into qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Clearly communicate the value of our services, including website development and digital marketing. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Generate and qualify sales leads for the business development team. Maintain accurate records of calls and client information. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Basic understanding of IT services is a plus.
