Telecaller / Telesales Executive (Real Estate Industry)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Telecalling : Reach out to potential customers through calls, introduce them to real estate services, and generate leads. Telesales : Engage with prospective clients to promote and sell real estate properties, handling queries and guiding clients through the buying process. Customer Support : Provide information about property options, negotiate pricing, and follow up with leads to ensure closure. Data Management : Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Client Interaction : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions. Requirements : Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the real estate industry. Communication Skills : Must be fluent in English , Hindi , and Marathi (both written and verbal). Gender : Open to all genders. Other Skills : Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus. Working Hours : Full-time position with flexible hours.
