Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join the Sreeyas Beauty Parlour team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably in the beauty or wellness industry). Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is a must, along with excellent communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Responsibilities include calling potential and existing clients, promoting beauty services and offers, scheduling appointments, maintaining call records, and coordinating with the service team. The position is full-time, with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM, six days a week. Candidates based in Hyderabad and willing to work from any of our branches (Manikonda, Bowenpally, Kompally, or Suchitra) are preferred.
