Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to potential customers, promoting products or services, and generating leads through effective communication. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential customers Promote products or services to generate leads Utilize telemarketing techniques to persuade customers Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service Update customer information in the Salesforce database Experience Previous experience in telemarketing or sales in Real Estate Strong communication Ability to market and sell products effectively Familiarity with business development practices Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software Customer service-oriented approach Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Required) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 17/05/2025
