Job Description: We are actively seeking a proactive and service-oriented Telecaller to join our team. In this full time role, you will be crucial in expanding our driver network for both our Uber Fleet Management and Employee Transportation services, as well as providing essential customer support. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential drivers from provided leads, guiding them through our offerings, and also handling inbound and outbound customer support for our existing driver-partners and corporate clients. Driver Outreach & Acquisition (Outbound Calls): * Make outbound calls to potential Uber drivers from given leads, explaining the benefits of our Uber Fleet Management leasing program. * Contact potential driver-partners for our Employee Transportation segment, outlining opportunities and requirements for joining our corporate fleet. * Clearly articulate the value proposition of partnering with Phoenix Mobility, addressing potential drivers' queries and concerns. * Qualify leads to ensure potential drivers meet the necessary criteria and guide them through the initial steps of the onboarding process. * Schedule meetings, follow-ups, or provide necessary information for driver sign-ups and vehicle handovers. 2. Customer Support & Relationship Management (Inbound/Outbound): * Provide comprehensive customer support to existing driver-partners for both Uber Fleet Management and Employee Transportation services. * Address queries related to vehicle leasing, maintenance, payment, operational issues, and service requests promptly and efficiently. * Resolve issues and complaints with a focus on driver satisfaction and retention. * Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, interactions, and resolutions within our CRM system. Requirements: Minimum 10th or 12th pass (or equivalent). Proven experience (0 - 1 years) in telecalling, customer support, or driver relationship management is highly preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a strong aptitude for service will also be considered. Basic verbal communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in regional languages such as Kannada or Malayalam is a significant advantage. Basic Hindi communication is also required. Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with driver concerns. Clear and concise communication, with the ability to explain complex information simply. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office Suite, comfortable with CRM software and online communication tools). Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
