Team Education is Kerala’s leading overseas education consultancy, helping students achieve their dreams of higher studies in India and Abroad. We provide expert guidance for admissions, visas, scholarships, and financial support. We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for students and parents, introducing our services and generating appointments for student counselors. Key Responsibilities: Call leads generated through marketing campaigns (social media, ads, referrals) Explain the admission process, available courses, and services offered Fix appointments with senior counselors Follow up on previous inquiries and maintain communication Update CRM with call details and lead status Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions Requirements: Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam Confidence in speaking over the phone Basic knowledge of study abroad options is a plus Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude Freshers can apply; training will be provided Perks & Benefits: Incentives based on performance Training & development sessions Opportunity to grow within the organization Friendly and motivating work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Location: Kottayam, Kerala (Required) Work Location: In person
