Tele Sales Executive at Global Foreign Service We are seeking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our healthcare recruitment department, responsible for promoting our services and generating leads through outbound calls. Responsibilities: *Make outbound calls to potential clients, healthcare professionals, and candidates. *Promote Global Foreign Service's healthcare recruitment services and explain the benefits to potential clients. *Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients and healthcare professionals. *Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into successful placements or clients. *Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets to contribute to the overall growth of the firm. *Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities. Requirements: *Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or telesales with a track record of achieving targets. *Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages. *Strong negotiation abilities to convert leads into clients or successful placements.
