Job Description Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound calls from prospective students and their parents, addressing inquiries about programs, admission requirements, and course details. Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, generate interest, and encourage enrollment. Program Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the various programs offered, including curriculum, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures. Effectively communicate program benefits and address any questions or concerns raised by potential students. Student Counseling: Guide potential students in selecting the most appropriate program based on their needs and interests. Provide clear and concise information about course structure, learning outcomes, and career opportunities. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Follow-up and Retention: Follow up with prospective students to address any outstanding questions and encourage enrollment. Provide ongoing support and guidance to enrolled students, addressing any concerns or queries.
