We are seeking a Technical/Product Manager - Mulesoft to lead and manage integration projects, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform , along with skills in project oversight, team coordination, and strategic alignment to drive successful product development and integration initiatives. Location: Panchkula, Haryana (Work From Office ) Experience: 8+ years Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership in Mulesoft-based integration projects. Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance . Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and developers to align integration solutions with business objectives. Define and execute product roadmaps for integration solutions. Ensure strategic alignment between technology, business goals and customer needs. Drive agile development practices , ensuring continuous improvement and innovation. Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies , proactively resolving issues. Facilitate effective team coordination , ensuring seamless collaboration among engineers, architects, and business stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends, Mulesoft advancements and best practices . Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of Relevant experience in technical/product management . Strong expertise in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, API-led integration and microservices architecture . Proven experience in project oversight, strategic planning, and team coordination . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices . Ability to bridge technical and business needs , ensuring optimal integration solutions. Strong understanding of API management, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise architecture . Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills . Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment strategies . Mulesoft certification (MCPA, MCIA, or MCD) is a plus.
