Position Title: Technical Support Engineer (Fresher) Experience: 0 - 1 years exp Location: Noida - on-site Position Type: Full Time Job Description We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot our POS software problems and help our customers with their support queries. Ultimately, you will be a person our customers' trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems. Roles and Responsibilities Responsible to merchant’s support queries Support on email / phone calls / google meets to give clients quick answers Online meeting with merchants to diagnose the software issues Providing product tech demonstration to the merchants Installing and configuring merchant’s POS device Merchant On-boarding, product online training. Ability to work in 24*7 support environment Willing to travel to client side for troubleshooting, if needed Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology. Proven work experience of 0-1 yrs as a application support / technical support role Ability to solve complex application/software issues. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication skills..
