Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile project execution, facilitate collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, Agile coaching, and project management to support scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities - Agile project execution: Oversee software development projects using Scrum and Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and efficiency. - Team facilitation: Lead Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives, fostering Agile best practices. - Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with clients, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business goals. - Project tracking: Utilize Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana, ClickUp, or Azure to monitor project progress. - Risk and issue management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution. - Continuous improvement: Drive process enhancements to optimize development efficiency and product quality. - Support deployment and feedback gathering: Assist in product testing, deployment activities, and incorporating client feedback for ongoing improvements. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in IT project management or Agile coaching - Strong expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, and SDLC - Sound knowledge of software development processes and cloud-based applications - Strong knowledge in both backend and frontend development with at least 4 years of experience in technologies like Node.js, PHP, React.js, etc. - Experience working with Agile tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana, ClickUp, Azure) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and guiding teams - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field Nice to Have - Experience working with SaaS-based platforms or Insurtech products - Familiarity with quality assurance processes - Experience coordinating remote and cross-functional teams Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Scrum: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 6239921246
