Description
Key Responsibilities: • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and fostering adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables. • Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using the .NET stack, including the MVC framework. • Database Management: Develop, optimize, and maintain complex queries, stored procedures, and data models on SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization. • Cloud Solutions: Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, emphasizing scalability, security, and cost efficiency. • Microservices Architecture: Design and implement microservices-based architectures for scalable, decoupled, and maintainable applications. • Source Control & Collaboration: Manage code repositories using GIT, enforcing robust version control practices, branching strategies, and effective team collaboration. • LMS Integration (Preferred): Collaborate with the team to develop, customize, and integrate Learning Management Systems (LMS), enhancing user experience and system functionality. • System Architecture: Make critical architecture decisions and guide the team in choosing optimal tools, frameworks, and practices for developing maintainable and scalable solutions. • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges to ensure robust and high-performance application delivery. • Documentation: Maintain and update comprehensive documentation on code, processes, architecture, and project dependencies.
