About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Training delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and courses in AI, IoT, and Robotics, ensuring a high level of engagement and knowledge transfer. 2. Curriculum development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments. 3. Hands-on labs: Facilitate hands-on lab sessions to provide practical experience and reinforce theoretical concepts. 4. Customized training: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences, including students, professionals, and corporate clients. 5. Assessment and evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and making improvements as needed. 6. Technology trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, IoT, and Robotics to ensure the training content is current and relevant. 7. Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees, assisting them in their learning journey and addressing technical challenges. 8. Feedback integration: Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (computer science, electronics, etc.); a master's degree is a plus. 2. Strong expertise and practical experience in AI, IoT, and Robotics. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 4. Previous training or teaching experience is preferred. 5. Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs. 6.
