Job Title: Tech Trainer Location: On-site – Trivandrum (Kerala) Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Based on interview performance Interview Rounds: 3 About the Role We are hiring a Tech Trainer who enjoys teaching programming and helping others grow. If you’re someone who can guide beginners, simplify coding concepts, and support students as they learn—this role is for you. What You’ll Do Teach programming topics like JavaScript and Python to beginners Explain concepts in a clear, structured, and practical way Support learners through exercises, doubt clearing, and assessments Collaborate with the content team to update or improve learning material Track student progress and provide feedback Must-Have Skills Strong foundation in JavaScript and Python Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and MongoDB Ability to simplify technical topics for beginners Strong communication skills Good to Have (Bonus) Experience with Node.js or Django Exposure to full-stack development (MERN or Django) Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Kazhakuttam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Mentoring: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
