Job Description

Tally Operator We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Tally Operator to manage and maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures. Responsibilities: * Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately in Tally Prime. * Prepare and process E-Invoices, E-vouchers, E-way bill and other financial documents. * Reconcile bank statements and other financial data. * Generate various financial reports such as sales & purchase, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and trial balances. * Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files. * Assist with other accounting tasks as needed. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Tally Operator or similar role. * Proficient in Tally Prime software and MS Excel. * Solid understanding of basic accounting principles. * Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
