Job Title: Tally Operator Company: K K Product Location: Kolkata Working Days: 6 days a week Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tally Operator to join our team at K K Product. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in tally operations and possess expertise in MS Office applications. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounts using Tally software. Manage invoicing and payment processing. Prepare financial statements and reports as required. Conduct reconciliations of accounts payable/receivable. Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation. Collaborate with the finance team to improve efficiency in accounting processes. Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as a Tally Operator or similar role. Proficiency in Tally software is essential; familiarity with GST filing is an advantage. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Excellent typing speed with attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Why Join Us?
