Role Brief: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Intern to support our sales team recruitment efforts for our digital investment platform , Dhanush . This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in sales recruitment within a professional financial services environment. Role Responsibilities: · Understand the requirements and ideal candidate profiles for virtual sales roles. · Conduct daily outreach calls to prospective candidates to assess suitability and confirm interest. · Schedule virtual interviews with hiring managers and keep track of progress. · Keep candidate records updated in spreadsheets or tracking tools. · Assist in talent on boarding and coordinating virtual orientation sessions.
