Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements. Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment cycle. Desired Candidate Profile 0-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field. Strong understanding of headhunting techniques for identifying highly skilled professionals. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders during interview scheduling and feedback sessions. Proficiency in creating compelling job descriptions, job postings, and sourcing profiles that attract top talent. Kindly note that this role is on third party payroll basis for a period of 12 months.
