Job Description

Key responsibilities Governance and Process Improvement: Develop and implement contracting & procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance effectiveness and reduce costs. Ensure procurement activities are aligned with company policies and industry best practices. Vendor Relationship Management: Sourcing industry best finishing contractors on PAN India level. Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and contract management. Establish strategic partnerships with contractors for PAN India projects to ensure long-term collaboration and cost efficiency. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contractors to ensure high-quality supply and service levels. Strategic Procurement and Cost Management: Forecast market trends to identify opportunities for strategic tie-ups and price hedging. Identify and source new finishing contractors- flooring (marble/tiles), lobbies, painting, windows (system/bespoke), doors, hardscape and faade that contribute to cost reduction and profitability. Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive pricing. Operational Efficiency: Streamline contracting processes across all 4 zones consisting 75+ projects to ensure consistency and efficiency. Guide and support zonal teams in day-to-day procurement activities, providing expertise and oversight. Implement agile contracting policies to respond quickly to project needs and market changes. Do gap analysis and plug the gaps through drafting and implementing new SOPs. Reporting and Benchmarking: Prepare and publish detailed management reports on C&P activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives. Benchmark procurement practices against industry standards to position the company as a leader in procurement excellence. Who are we looking for? Education: BE - Civil Experience: 15-20 years Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and strategic procurement initiatives. Ability to forecast market trends and make informed procurement decisions.
