Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Godrej Prime & Central (This is On contract of third party) Responsibilities: Oversee all maintenance activities for Godrej Prime & Central, including routine unkeep, fit-out work, waterproofing and repairs. Manage technicians, coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and building regulations. Handle emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. Perform regular inspections to maintain property standards. Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering. 6+ years of practical experience in maintenance, fit-out work, waterproofing and repairs is mandatory. Strong organizational and problem solving skills. Additionally, certifications in maintenance management or relevant technical skills can be advantageous.
