Post: -Swimming Instructor (Female) Location: - Delhi Public School Kollam The swim coach will be responsible for managing swim classes for the batches in the center Key Responsibilities: To plan and deliver lessons ensuring adherence to the scheme of work and lesson plans Teaching swimming techniques, swimming strokes, and water safety rules to students with varying swimming abilities. Conduct Orientation sessions on the swim program Provide explanations and demonstrate swimming techniques Identifying incorrect swimming techniques and correcting students accordingly. Assessing the progress of students and adjusting teaching programs accordingly. Monitoring students to prevent accidents and injuries. Implementing ground rules for each swim session. Planning swimming lessons that take into account students’ abilities and progressive development. Evaluate sessions and give feedback To be a positive role model, creating a positive and fun environment in which to motivate and encourage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: KUMMALLOOR, Kollam - 691573, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred)
