We are looking for technically strong architects with high design and reasoning skills. You will be part of a larger team working on large scale national projects such as Institutional, Healthcare, Commercial, Offices, Residential, Airports and Railway Stations . As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects awarded through National and Global competitions, collaborate with a diverse team throughout our nation-wide projects and contribute to the creation of innovative and sustainable designs that shape the future of our cities and communities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to develop creative architectural designs that meet client objectives and project requirements. Produce detailed drawings, renderings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders and team members. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information, assess existing conditions and ensure design feasibility. Research and integrate sustainable design principles and technologies into projects to promote environmental responsibility. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on architectural best practices and industry standards. Job Requirements: Strong design sensibility with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in CAD, BIM, 3D Modelling and Graphics. Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations and construction standards. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Educational Qualifications: B.Arch from an accredited institution. Minimum Experience: Minimum 4 years of full time experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in a firm handling large scale projects. Past experience in large scale projects such as Airports, Campus Design, Institutional, Healthcare, Railway Stations, etc. is desirable. Software Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in CAD, BIM, 3D Modelling and Graphics is a must. Proficiency in making creative presentations.
