Job Summary : We are hiring Student Counsellor who are enthusiastic about helping students make informed career choices. As a counselor, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents, guiding them about our courses and assisting them throughout their enrollment journey. Key Responsibilities : As a student counsellor, you will need to counsel students and parents regarding our courses and career opportunities in management education Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups Collaborate with the academic and sales teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students Qualifications : Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.) Prior experience as a student counsellor or in sales, or the education sector is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may also apply Job Type : Full-time (Student Counsellor) Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Experience : 0–5 years #studentcounsellor #jobsinindore #academiccounsellor #counselor #jobsineducationsector #hiringfreshers #hiring Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
