About the Job: Hello Connections, Greetings from Strutek Designs Private Limited. Immediate Requirement... We are hiring for Business Development Management Executive (BDE), and please find the below details: Experience: 3+ Years Objective: This job involves selling steel detailing and engineering services. Territory: USA & Canada Location: Coimbatore & remote. Shift: US Shifts (6pm to 3am) Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - BE (Civil or Mechanical) and MBA graduates with relevant experience can apply. - Post-graduation in marketing management would be an added advantage/preferred. - Experience in selling the engineering services would be preferred. - Experience in business development management in the steel detailing market in the US/Canada will be an added advantage. Roles & Responsibilities: Should have the ability to identify new business opportunities and create a sales funnel and plan to help the business growth. Develop the US/Canada market by B2B sales and doing outbound calls to the new clients. Generate new prospects for business by a combination of cold calling, email flyers, references from existing clients, responding to incoming leads, and so forth. Generate contact details of potential clients. Maintaining customer relationship management. Traveling if and when required to attend conferences and events. Thorough business planning and knowledge of competitor analysis. Identify requirements for new services to anticipate and potentially lead the market. Manage and coordinate with other departments to fulfill the end-to-end process. Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from potential clients and research the client's requirements, developing a proposal that meets their needs, and submitting it on time. Should be familiar with RFQ/RFP/RFI and the bidding process. Ability to manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing the deal. Be willing to work in US SHIFTS. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, convincing skills, and interpersonal skills; possesses high energy and enthusiasm; and has the ability to maintain consistent levels of activity to achieve calling and lead generation quotas. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Networking, client servicing, negotiating, and closing skills.
