Role Overview As a Loan Sales Specialist, you will be the bridge between prospective borrowers, especially for Home Loan and Loan Against Property products, and our network of banking partners. Your role involves understanding customer requirements, advising them on loan eligibility, and hand-holding them through the home loan or loan against property (LAP) journey. You'll be responsible for driving loan disbursals and building long-term customer trust. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential home loan customers (via leads, referrals, or field activity) Understand customers' financial and property details to assess eligibility Explain loan products, interest rates, documentation requirements, and disbursal timelines Collect and validate customer documents (KYC, income proofs, property papers) Coordinate with bank credit teams to ensure smooth file login, sanction, and disbursal Maintain daily records of leads, applications, and loan statuses in CRM tools Work closely with internal operations and relationship management teams Educate clients on the benefits of applying through Suremoney and ensure high satisfaction Meet monthly loan disbursal targets while ensuring compliance and quality What We’re Looking For At least 2–5 years of experience in home loans, LAP, or mortgage sales (DSA, NBFC, or bank preferred) Strong understanding of home loan processes, credit requirements, and documentation Excellent communication and negotiation skills High level of integrity and customer-centric approach Ability to handle targets and field sales activity (if required) Fluency in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus) Basic proficiency in Excel and CRM tools What We Offer Attractive incentive structure — your income grows with your performance Work with a modern, tech-driven platform and a youthful team Learning and growth opportunities in a high-impact startup environment Transparent culture, on-time payouts, and a strong support system
