Sr. Project Coordinator (Techno - Commercial)

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Project Coordinator for an on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is ideal for a semi-technical candidate who can effectively communicate between business and technical teams. The selected individual will act as the primary liaison between the client and the development team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact between the client and the internal development team Gather, understand, and document client requirements with accuracy and clarity Translate business needs into actionable, technical requirements Basic understanding of AI Concepts. Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and updates between stakeholders Coordinate with developers to ensure client expectations are met Monitor project progress and address delays or bottlenecks proactively Assist in coordinating testing, QA, and UAT with clients Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports Provide regular updates and feedback loops between clients and internal teams Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech mandatory) Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate (on-site role) Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Basic understanding of software development life cycle and technical terminology Organized, self-driven, and capable of handling client communications independently Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Word, Jira, or other project management tools is a plus Why Join Us?
