We develop affordable residential project NEWTOWN-RAJARHAT areas of Kolkata. Role Overview: The Administrative Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of administrative operations within the organization. They are responsible for managing administrative staff and overseeing the overall administrative activities to support the organization's goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Facility Management: · Oversee facility operations, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness. · Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for facility-related services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. · Address any facility-related issues or concerns promptly to maintain a safe and conducive work environment. Records Management: · Establish and maintain efficient record-keeping systems for administrative documents, files, and correspondence. · Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to data protection regulations and organizational policies. Vendor Management: · Identifying and sourcing potential vendors for various services and supplies. · Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness. · Evaluating vendor performance and maintaining relationships. · Resolving disputes or issues with vendors in a timely manner. · Monitoring vendor compliance with contractual agreements and service levels. Communication and Coordination: · Serve as a liaison between administrative staff and other departments or senior management, facilitating communication and collaboration. · Coordinate administrative activities with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and regulatory agencies, as needed. · Participating in meetings and providing administrative support as needed. Qualifications and Skills: · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred). · Proven experience in administrative management or supervisory role. · Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. · Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail. · Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. · Knowledge of best practices in administrative management. · Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. · Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
