Position- Business Development Executive Industry- IT Experience- 2 to 4 Years Location- Navrangpura, Ahmedabad Job Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with 2 To 4 years of experience to help drive our business growth. If you have a strong track record in client acquisition, especially on freelance platforms like Upwork and Freelancer, and are ready to work in a target-driven environment with commission-based incentives, this role is perfect for you! Responsibilities: ● Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and industry trends. ● Engage with potential clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. ● Submit proposals on various freelance platforms like Upwork, Sales Navigator, Guru Freelancer, etc., to secure projects and expand our client base. ● Maintain and update a pipeline of prospects and manage each stage of the sales cycle effectively. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project onboarding and client satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: ● 2-3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles. ● Strong understanding of freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) and experience in securing projects through these channels. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to build rapport with diverse client groups. ● Goal-oriented and driven by results, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets. ● Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
