Job Description – Energy Analyst We envision empowering people to power themselves using Renewables. We are building an End-to-End Renewable Energy Platform to provide tailored solutions for all your energy needs. Problem we are solving In this digital age, we are more inclined towards adopting Green Energy but customers lack the time, knowledge and expertise to choose correct technology and best vendor. Choosing one out of the numerous technologies available becomes difficult at times while other times we are not aware of the available options and end up choosing what's presented to us. The market has exploited many of us with inaccurate power solutions, resulting in a dissatisfactory user experience. This lack of knowledge and understanding is not limited to retail customers but also to B2B customers and Government institutions. How do we Solve this To solve this issue, we analyse the need of a customer from site visits and local weather data to provide them with tailored hybrid solutions suitable for their requirements free of cost. We choose from our bouquet of Wind, Solar, Bio-gas and auxiliary power systems. For capital assistance, we provide them with finance options through our tie-up Banks, NBFC and even Private Players and we also operate in Opex models. Our Vendor Network consists of only ace manufacturers, distributors and installers to provide the best solution to the customer. We provide end-to-end support and ensure the system is being deployed with high standards. We are automating the working flow with Al & Automation technologies making it 10x efficient. Energy Bae is a one-stop solution for all your Renewable energy Needs. Description We are looking for candidates in the Electrical/ENTC domain having a passion for Green Energy. Students having a knack for learning and getting practical exposure are invited to apply for this position. This position enables the candidate to be exposed to the Core business model of the company and we would like to hire dedicated people. If you're someone who is intrigued by Sustainability and Renewable Energy and have a keen interest in Designing or Analysis of new and interesting products, we did like to meet you. ` Responsibilities Being a startup, this will be a multi-functional role and you will be assigned different roles at different time frames of the internship. Main Responsibilities of this role are: • Calculating the solar and wind requirements. • Designing the solar system using software. • Research, finding new products and technologies, and their applications on multiple renewable energy resources like Wind, Solar, Hydro, Bio-gas, etc. • You might be handling different roles in Project at different times. • Consulting to a customer to understand their Renewable needs • Site Visits and Renewable Energy Audit • Practical Structural Design • Implementation of the Project • Installation and Commissioning • Making Reports Qualifications & Requirements The core skills we need are: • Practical Knowledge and Skills in working with Tools, Mechanisms and any Design Software. • Problem-Solving Ability and the eagerness to contribute to the discussion - New innovative as well as jugaad approach to work. • Strong in core Mechanical/Electro-mechanical concepts. (Not necessary marks) • Imaginative yet practical thinking in designing things. • Ability to Research and have Reporting Skills. • An inclination towards Renewable Energy and some knowledge around Solar/Wind. • Great team player, and ability to meet deadlines.` • We don't want someone to be very perfect in the above skills but he/she should have an eagerness to work and learn. We want FAST LEARNER, TEAM PLAYER & GROWTH ORIENTED individuals. • We require someone whom we can trust to be with us on this journey to solve this major problem for society.
