Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule deliveries based on daily orders; coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Manage and coordinate with delivery partners, drivers, loaders, and in-house delivery teams to maintain smooth operations. Update customers about their delivery schedules, address queries or changes, and resolve any delivery-related complaints or issues professionally. Maintain accurate records of dispatch, delivery confirmation, product condition reports, and customer feedback. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain preferred. 2+ years of experience in logistics, field operations, or delivery management, preferably in the furniture or large goods industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills. Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Google Sheets, and delivery tracking tools. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic schedules.
