Key Responsibilities: Write high-quality code, participate in code reviews, and design/architect testing frameworks. Automate and execute performance tests for websites and backend services across releases. Collaborate in team meetings, stand-ups, and architecture discussions. Improve frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency. Evaluate success metrics and refine reporting systems. Analyze catalog data to propose creative solutions that improve product quality. Drive and own testing processes for our diverse ecosystem of applications, workflows, and processes. Champion a process-driven approach to software testing while maintaining high-quality standards. Knowledge and Skills: Education: B.Tech/BE in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed institution. Proven experience designing and developing automation testing frameworks. Expertise in automation testing (minimum 4+ years) using Java and scripting languages. Experience in backend, frontend, and automation testing (e.g., Selenium WebDriver). Strong knowledge of functional testing and API/web services testing for desktop and mobile devices. Practical knowledge of Agile Testing methodology. Hands-on experience with relational databases, schema design, and writing complex SQL queries. Familiarity with Linux/UNIX operating systems. Bonus: Knowledge of Hybris, Jenkins, repositories, Appium, and performance testing concepts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
