Title: - Performance Test Architect Experience: 8+ years Designation: Performance Test Architect Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate Location: Mumbai/Bangalore (on-site) • Functions: IT Job type: Permanent Industry: Information Technology and Consulting Services Primary Responsibilities: Key Technical Skills • Understanding of Software engineering and performance testing methodologies in the context of large-scale enterprise systems. • Experience in testing and optimizing high volume web and batch based transactional enterprise applications. • Experience in AWS / Azure. • Experience in performing capacity planning and must have worked with Technical Leadership to anticipate performance issues before they occur. • Experience in setup and management of test environments on different platforms (Windows/ Unix). • Hands-on experience in creating and executing test scripts using open source and commercial tools. Must be necessarily proficient in Load Runner, JMeter and Gatling. Should have executed at least 2 large scale engagements with Open-Source Performance Testing tools. • Experience in creating workload models and collecting performance requirements from the stake holders. • Must have experience in APM tools like AppDynamics , Dynatrace etc. • Working experience on Performance Testing on Cloud infrastructure. Experienced in Analyze performance test results to identify performance issues and root causes. Other requirements • Experience in interfacing with the customers. • Ability to analyze and articulately summarize performance testing reports for the different stake holders. • Ability to mentor development teams and guide them in resolving complex technical issues encountered during testing. • Understanding of latest technologies and tools in the performance testing space and an ability to evaluate, select and propose tools and technologies to meet the requirements. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Good to have SAP GUI protocol.
