Senior Sales Development Representative - India (IT Sales Experience Required) Location : Bangalore, HSR Layout Work Mode : Office-based (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM) Reports To : Chief Strategy Officer Objective Generate qualified leads, build a strong pipeline, and achieve revenue targets for the India market. Experience & Education Experience : 2-4 years in inside sales, specifically in IT software sales targeting India markets. Education : Graduate/Post-Graduate (Engineering background with Marketing/Sales post-graduation is a plus). Primary Responsibilities Meet or exceed monthly qualified leads and quarterly revenue targets. Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities for IT software products in the India market. Build and maintain a robust qualified lead pipeline. Convert hot/warm leads into business meetings for Business Development Directors. Develop a deep understanding of client needs and position suitable products to address business challenges. Stay updated on the competitive landscape and market intelligence. Build strong, long-term client relationships. Maintain and enhance sales effectiveness across the cycle. Create and manage a client database. Proven ability to handle product sales valued at 25 Lakhs+ for the Indian market and $100K+ for the US market. Required Skills & Experience Proven track record in achieving or exceeding qualified lead targets. Strong hunter mentality with the ability to convert leads into business opportunities. Effective communication and persuasive skills. Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to decision-makers like CIOs. Experience with medium and large enterprises is an added advantage. Process-driven with strong sales discipline and the ability to work independently. High professional and personal integrity.
